CWT Leadership Expectations

Per the CWT LaDR and selection board guidance, technical credibility carries weight. Emphasis is placed on Sailors who have clearly demonstrated:

Mission Expertise — Hands-on operational impact
Mission Leadership — Leading teams in execution
Clear Impact — Measurable, documented results

A career path focused solely on traditional leadership positions without demonstrated mission impact is weighted less heavily in board selection.
